Terrible company overall. The administrative staff is absolutely horrific and finds it their duty to treat physicians poorly. Personally, I will never ever go to work for Lifestance again. If you would rather experience it yourself before arriving at the same conclusion, be my guest!

Worst Job Ever

Worst job ever. No support. LOW pay. Inappropriate feedback from ill-trained 'supervisors'. Negative balance sick time or PTO, which means you work until you drop dead. Really awful place. All new job interviews I went on referred to Lifestance as the model for how to NOT be as a company. Avoid. Unless you like being burned out and miserable. Oh, and they never help you refer clients if it's a bad fit in either direction. So you get stuck with clients who don't like you, or you feel you can't help. It's so preposterous. Just really gross.
