Pros

The office space is lovely

Cons

Unethical business practices that conflict with providing quality care for clients. LS cares about money over anything else.

Pros

Flexible schedule, included supervision for dependent licenses

Cons

It’s mostly bad. Low pay, no PTO, minimal support, high corporate turnover around, and they’ll “encourage” you to violate state licensing laws just to make them more money (that’s what being owned by private equity will get ya). Their billing department is nonexistent and their billing policies are predatory. Policies and workflows change on a dime, and they are rarely communicated. The “incentive bonus” is unachievable unless you have zero work-life balance and teeter on the edge of burnout. Intake is a joke and can only seem to mess things up. Only way to survive is to just do everything yourself and take their “guidance” with a grain of salt. Always check with your licensing board whenever they tell you to do anything.

Pros

I love my Manager very understanding and always willing to help. I get to remote from my home. The bonuses.

Cons

They over work you and give you low pay. They monitor your key strokes and mouse clicks. Supervisors treating their staff like kids. It's a remote job and they monitor bathroom breaks and idle time. No overtime, No tuition reimbursement, No moving up but there is always job posting. The providers are rude. You be so burnt out, overwhelmed, and stressed. A mental health company turned their workers into mental health patients. The bonus used to be good but they took them away. We barely get anything doing other departments work. They also praised other departments when we doing all the work. The pay is so low you need a second job to pay bills. This company is very unorganized. I forgot to mention you clock in one minute late you get a point and you clock out early you get a point.
