      - Little enforcement of policies - No one gets fired and rarely get scolded - Occasional lack of support

      Not What It Seems

      Pros

      My Direct supervisor was absolutely phenomenal. She went above and beyond through every obstacles to ensure her team felt supported, heard and valued. She was/is one of two in management to contact me following the news of my departure. I know without a doubt she is the sole reason many still remain on the team presently.

      Cons

      - four departures in upper management within the BD department in 3 years - KPI’s are based on several reports that have been historically inaccurate - During my 3 year tenure the only growth I have seen in the BD department was one team member moving into a managerial position. The other four growth opportunities were all given to external candidates. - Territories are entirely too large and have changed 4 times since being employed. - Collaboration efforts/involvement from the operations team varies significantly across the states and individual offices

      - Highly flexible schedule - Autonomy - Fair compensation if properly negotiated - Full caseloads

      Cons

      - Allow doctors to be assaulted by patients - Zero concerns for the safety of the providers - Large-scale systemic racism, homophobia, and transphobia
