little to no admin support, no medical assistants, providers expected to inform patients about billing and past due balances, excessive paperwork

Worst Professional Experience- Would NOT Recommend

Pros

No pros working here if you're not a clinician. As a clinician, you have no accountability and every measure will be taken to retain you.

Cons

Pay, Benefits (no tuition reimbursement, 2 weeks PTO). The company runs like a brand new start up. Leadership is lacking, C-suite is disorganized. No standards, no process. No emphasis on culture, no accountability for clinicians. Resources needed to do your job frequently don't work.

Great pay, benefits lacking

Great pay, control over your schedule, requirement for full time is 30 hours per week

Cons

no PTO or paid holidays currently its fee for service so nothing outside of seeing patients is paid for fully licensed therapists
