Pros

Great therapists and admin staff at local office.

Cons

The CEO and founders lack behavioral health care experience. Decisions are profit driven, not focused on client care or supporting therapists. High turnover + burnout and poor management has negatively impacted client care. Therapists and managers are resigning at high rates due to these problems.

Pros

Nothing because the best employees leave of burn out.

Cons

Continuously changing environment their turn around is crazy 3 people would leave a day. Paid me $17 an hour to run an office without the promotion and pay but with responsibilities. Micromanaging at its finest. worst company I ever worked for.

Pros

There are none worth mentioning

Cons

-There is a HUGE discrepancy in what you actually receive in terms of pay and what is presented during interviews & what Lifestance continues to advertise as far as compensation. Compensation is insulting for the amount of work required and the licensing/experience they require -Billing department is terrible and extremely rude towards clients. They incorrectly bill clients. The poor billing and business practices then negatively reflect upon the therapist. There's a reason LifeStance is being investigated due to client complaints of illegal billing practices and for violating federal securities laws -They say you have flexibility and control over your schedule but in reality you have no autonomy. They completely ignore your schedule & will over-schedule you despite saying you are closed to new clients -Office staff does not keep up with collecting payments from self-pay clients which leads to you not being paid until Lifestance is paid -Lack of racially and culturally diverse providers as well as a lack of cultural awareness & competency in staff, policies, and leadership -You're required to attend meetings and complete administrative tasks that you're not compensated for
