Constant referral flow. You'll never want for clients.

Cons

C suite does not understand behavioral health clinicians. They don't have any idea what our values or motivations are. It is painfully evident in the way that they allow problems to settle with the front-line clinicians. There is no excuse for not getting billing and operations streamlined. This is what clinicians are paying for when they allow the company to take a huge chunk of their billable rate.

Major Bait and Switch Practices

None come to mind at all!

Cons

Promises are made by the employer to bait you into joining their office and staying with them but then nothing is done to find you clients or fulfill their promises for a full-time caseload. Poorest communication between staff that I have ever experienced. Managers will turn on you as soon as you find another job! Beware and don’t waste your talent here.
