My team was great. Really good people to work with.

Cons

Upper management is whack. CEO, CFO, COO, CHRO - all turned over recently. Company has no direction or changes it frequently. Equity was given and then taken away or the rules were changed. No performance management, no training if you aren’t a clinician, no travel budget, benefits are incredibly expensive, raises are minimal. head of HR has no HR experience. Company can’t figure out if they want 8 or 2 divisions. They are strapped for cash and the employees pay for it.

Cons

Low pay. They won’t tell you how much you are paid per session eac month you will be paid once on the 15th of the months. Your pay depends on how many people you saw that previous month.
