My local leadership team is amazing, and I love all of my colleagues in my office! The company offers flexibility with scheduling and offers significant administrative support, compared to private practice settings. The executive leadership seeks feedback from employees to make organizational changes.

Cons

With growth comes growing pains. They seem to have settled some of the biggest pain points and are working to streamline processes moving forward. It does result in a lot of frequent changes.

Perfect for a new Therapist

Pros

Wide variety of cases and opportunity to build relationships with Psychiatrists in the area.

Cons

Low compensation for seasoned clinicians. Poor EMR software. Too many cooks in the kitchen in terms of scheduling. Everything is automated so you have to put a ticket in for anything. Long call waits and hold times for individuals seeking therapy. Very clinical atmosphere.

You get to help people access Mental Health Care. They utilize office 365.

Cons

LifeStance mainly cares about their profit. Most people in managment do not have any skill or experience in mental health. They care about revenue at the cost of their employees and clients. This is not a place I would recommend working at, unless you are looking for temporary experience in the field, either way, beware.
