      I'm going on my third year at Life Stance Health, and it has been amazing. The staff, colleagues, management, IT, and the mission of LS has exceeded my expectations. A great place to work!!!!!

      Pros

      Great way to have purpose in your work and give back to your community. Supportive with personal needs. Decent benefits. Lots of opportunities for growth. Always opportunities to learn new things and improve skills.

      Cons

      Lots of rapid growth that can result in change fatigue, Difficulties with competing priorities and communication. Young company- not all departments are currently being held accountable with equal expectations.

      Pros

      Autonomy, freedom to have clinical judgement and it be valued, leadership feels like they work for you, not the other way around

      Cons

      Fee for service reduces employee connections, different states operate differently so there isn't a national standard that is easily applicable, "problem employees" are difficult to terminate
