      LifeStance Health is an incredible place to work. The team is passionate, collaborative, and truly dedicated to the company’s mission of expanding access to mental healthcare. Leadership values creativity and innovation, giving employees the opportunity to take on meaningful projects that make a real impact. There’s a strong sense of purpose, and it’s rewarding to know that the work we do helps connect people to the care they need.

      Cons

      As a fast-growing company, priorities can shift quickly, which sometimes leads to a fast-paced and evolving work environment. While this can be exciting, it also requires adaptability and strong time management skills.

      Growing Fast

      Small-office feel, CEU opportunities, supervision provided, set your own schedule.

      Cons

      Since swapping hands of management, we’re growing too fast for upper management to keep up. Lots of sudden changes happen without notice. Pay structure changing without notice. Budget cuts have impacted office supply, increased workload for “full time” status.
