Pros

Our office works well as a team, we work together efficiently to help our clients have a good experience, and as a therapist I can easily do my job of seeing clients while admins help with back office items. We have helpful software for easy notetaking and virtual sessions. Our offices are clean and inviting. Our online learning systems are helpful from onboarding to continuing learning and education. We get paid on time and have a breakdown of sessions and payments. It's easy to ask questions and get support from leadership. Our company has strong empathic leadership. There's work/life balance, I can make my own schedule and take time off when needed. Referrals are steady and caseload is steady and full.

Cons

As an experienced therapist who has worked in many settings, I can say I don't see any cons at this point. Lifestance is a great company and wonderful place to work.

Pros

I have worked @ LifeStance Health for 6 years. I was hesitant to stay when the provider that I worked for sold his business to this company but the transition was seamless. The management team has been great and always has time for the employees. They are dedicated to making sure their employees are successful in their positions.

Cons

The administrative side of this company is sometimes forgotten. The admin staff is what makes the providers successful and therefore the overall company.

Pros

Newer company (founded in 2018), so plenty of opportunity to build and create new things. Corporate roles are fully remote. Mission-driven organization.

Cons

Pockets of strong talent overshadowed by weak or sub-par performers who came through acquisitions
