      Pros

      Mission driven company making great strides to create a world-class culture and company. The company has made incredible progress over the last few years and I have immense hope and belief in the future of the company.

      Cons

      Like any scaling organization, there are ways we can be better and processes we are establishing. But the good news is it feels like the company is eyes wide open to where we can be better and is doing everything we can to improve every day.

      Great people-but definitely varies by practice location. Supervision is wonderful for under licensed clinicians

      Cons

      Some upper management do not have clinical experience-and it shows. Pay per service is difficult.
