Pay is less than what it should be, benefits aren't that great, very KPI oriented. Also have to write your own yearly review.

LifeStance's leadership is impressive. In such a large organization, leadership from the top, down, is genuinely engaged with all employees and paves the way to enact changes to make employees successful in their positions. This is true for both administrative and professional clinical staff. My experience has been positive and I daily feel 'seen.'

Cons

At times, knowing the detailed structure and who to reach out to for help can be a challenge, but the company is always working to help employees familiarize themselves with contacts.
