      Purposeful work helping mental health patients

      Cons

      Company does NOT care about their administrative employees - they hire more and more clinicians and do not hire admin workers to support them leaving the admin staff overwhelmed and burnt out. They’re also god awful at communicating with their staff; they’ll make huge changes that affect employees (like changes in benefits) and don’t notify staff until we’ll after the face.

      Awful awful national leadership, no loyalty to staff, poor compensation structure, lack of transparency

      Too many to list. Horrible supervisor, no support, horrible benefits etc
