Awful Work Environment

None, other than a barely decent salary.

Cons

They hired me to manage a clinic. There is absolutely no training protocols, you don't know what to expect or how anything relates. I never worked with my direct supervisor except for 1-on-1's. The staff was not welcoming in any way. The environment thrives on gossip and vitriol. There is no direction on how to manage the team. Most of the staff was cold, made no attempts to create any working relationship, and sent false info around on the teams chat, out of spite, for I guess having a new person working there and attempting to help them.
