Pros

I've been here for a year and honestly, I have very few complaints. Reimbursement is good for the state in which I work (Ohio). Benefits are really solid (definitely rare even in big-box private practice) and you get a long-term incentive plan if you want to want to really hit the grind. My management team has been super flexible in allowing me to practice as I please; having been micromanaged in other positions, this is a nice change of pace. My colleagues are the bee's knees, super nice people and easy to get along with; by far the least toxic work environment I've been a part of since working in healthcare. When needed, clinical management is usually available for support. Never had any issue with my benefits or pay. Whenever I've needed to adjust my schedule, management has never had an issue and is very flexible to my needs.

Cons

No PTO, which doesn't bother me specifically, but can be a deal-breaker for some. If you're not going out of your way to meet your colleagues, you might feel isolated, since the practice is mostly made up of independent clinicians who need only minimal oversight. Full-time caseload requirements are higher than average (27 clients per week). I've heard office & management culture can vary wildly from office to office, so much of what I mentioned in the "pros" section may be dependent on which office/state you work in. No reimbursement available for continuing ed/professional development; this plus the lack of PTO can stymie professional growth regarding your capacity to expand your scope while working here.
