      In my brief time with LifeStance Health, (a little over two months) I have found the staff to be helpful and pleasant. The environment is peaceful, allowing for optimal professional practice for each independent provider to deliver their best system of care specific to the patient. I look forward to the challenges and rewards each day brings.

      Overall frustrations of the job are minimal and minor.

      Pros

      Love the EHR, control over my schedule, and patients. No problem filling my schedule. Pay is not bad, but…

      Cons

      Support staff are over burdened and burning out. No clinical support on site. Salary advertised is inaccurate, exaggerated unless you were to work 7 days per week, at least!!
