      I have been at Lifestance for about 3 months now and have been pleasantly surprised by everything so far. This is my second job as a Psych NP and Lifestance has offered me a lot of admin and leadership support I did not receive at my last job. The pay is also extremely competitive and better than my last job or other companies I interviewed with. There has been some structural changes which has been kind of confusing at times, but I can respect that the company is constantly working to improve things for their clinicians and admin support. There are also meetings and communication to providers, so we aren't in the dark about these things. It is still early on, but I am pleasantly surprised so far!

      Structural/management changes - not knowing who to ask for what, etc.
