      Thriving Company going through some growing pains

      Pros

      I work with some other really great therapist Compensation and benefits are good My schedule has ramped up very quickly Can work from home or in office - The offices are very nice The culture is really great My schedule id very flexible Stock plan is nice

      Cons

      There have been some changes with clinical leadership , There are some great people in some of these roles but they really need to figure out who is doing what. I think they are on the right path , there have been some significant changes and it seems like things are going in the right direction. The credentialing process could be quicker Need more support staff Though I am paneled with most major insurances, It would be nice to be paneled with some other ones

      Competent care providers Amazing colleagues

      Cons

      There is a disconnect between upper management and what goes on at the division level. *Poor communication. *Poor implementation of policies that impact the patient experience. * *Providers do not get timely help when concerns arise. *Client's do not receive timely help from support staff. * Some offices do not have permanent front desk support.
