      Pros

      Access to many tests and batteries, ability to test for most diagnoses and areas of interest, autonomy, numerous training and development opportunities, clinical leadership cares about employees and patients.

      Cons

      Must be comfortable working independently, must know CPT codes, some cases are restricted by insurance coverage (i.e. only allowed to test for a certain number of hours), no bonus structure.
