      Pros

      Timely internal Customer Service Great Leadership & teams support Best IT/FIT service, and I am not exaggerating

      Cons

      1) PTO is not offered to full time clinicians; 5-8 yearly days would be vital for morale and retention; 2) Yearly increases/bonuses is not offered; 3) Need to offer appreciation (retention) 1-5-10 yr bonus; 4) Advancement opportunities; 5) Offer $1,500 CEU packet to full time clinicians. EMDR & dissociation/complex trauma & somatic trainings and conferences are VERY expensive, and they are the best available.
