Great office culture, but management is draining.

Pros

I really enjoyed my office's culture and the people I was working with. Decent pay. PTO accrual for hourly employees is good in my opinion. Great opportunity for learning more about the field in entry positions.

Cons

Pay could be better. Management is doing their best but they're as overworked as the rest of us so things constantly slip through cracks. Corporate will send emails stating employee mental health is valued, but the employee assistance program is severely lacking.

Open culture. Leadership cares about decision outcomes and is proactive in counteracting any negative consequences. Clinician focused company from the top down.

Cons

Stock is languishing when compared to performance, but the sky's the limit there.
