      Good balance between autonomy and support

      Clinicians can schedule their patient-facing hours how they choose, there is flexibility in terms of vacation time. There is a good deal of autonomy but still have support when needed.

      Cons

      Operations teams tend to run quite lean.

      Brilliant Practice Model Compared to Other Settings I've Worked In

      Set your own schedule, can focus on client issues you want to On productivity but guaranteed payment without waiting for collections to come in Traditional benefits (health, 401K)

      Cons

      Sometimes takes awhile to get answers back if clients call in about billing issues
