Pros

A great mix of clients. Highly responsive management. Responsive and personable front desk admin staff. Sensitivity to therapist needs. Simple documentation. Sick and vacation time even if per diem.

Cons

No budget for play therapy supplies or workbooks. Offices vary in terms of furnishings and some staff share offices. There are many options for clinician support but its on your own time and difficult to balance with caseload if you are per diem. Because in office days vary, its hard to build community and know other clinicians.
