Pros

I recently joined Life Stance and the onboarding process was smooth and seamless. It is a very people friendly place to work in and I enjoy the flexibility of choosing a hybrid schedule of working from home or the office. My patients attend their sessions regularly.

Cons

I would prefer scheduled monthly meetings with the coworkers in my office.

1. Emphasis on providing care to the communities that we serve and how to do it well from the moment a patient calls to the time they get their first bill. 2. Improving processes, tools to accomplish goals, 3. Plenty of communication from regular Town Halls, weekly manager meetings. 4. Opportunity for personal and professional growth.

Cons

1. Fast growing company so change is frequent and adaptability is key. 2. On occasion, teams function in siloes but that is improving.
