Pros

Lots of flexibility with your schedule. LifeStance provided management with stock investments as long as you saw 12 clients per week on average. The management team in this region/state are great to work with and are open to feedback. They provide maternity/paternity leave.

Cons

The pay for a director was low in my opinion. The health insurance for spouse and family was very expensive (it was reasonable for an individual). It is a large company so there were corporate aspects such as policies coming down from the national team that we didn't always agree with but had to deal with anyways. Lots of therapists worked remotely so it was difficult to get a sense of camaraderie with the office.

Pros

I have been with the company for little over a year now and have witnessed several RCM related functions, day to day task and leadership going in the right direction with significant improvements. I feel supported and comfortable collaborating and discussing ways to make all things RCM better. The teams I work directly with are solutions driven making the day feel successful even when we have more work to do. I have a positive outlook on LifeStance being an industry disrupter as I hear true passion on the clinical side to treat patients in need of services.

Cons

As a younger company who experienced rapid growth, we are circling back to "how we used to do things" meaning change happens. While I appreciate change, many folks are learning to accept positive change and not be worried about it.
