      Pros

      Great place to get experience and get supervision hours. Supportive management team

      Cons

      They seem to be growing too fast and having a hard time keeping up. They also have very few supervisiors for MFTC. In Colorado at least the Long Term Investment Plan (LTIP) was a rip off due to the high medicaid on caseload.

      Pros

      Scheduling is very flexible. Must be self-motivated and accountable. Friendly management, very hands off. Great place to get experience and supervision hours.

      Cons

      Trouble maintaining office staff, long holds on phone lines for patient's, limited opportunities for training.
