      Pros

      Well organized and structured practice. Good support from administrative staff. Flexibility in hours, locations and modality of practice etc. Not much micro mngt , compared to other large employers. Finally excellent compensation structure including stock options ( which is unheard of in this field up until this point).

      Cons

      Rapid growth led to a lot of growing pains although the mngt. has smoothened out most things in the past year...

      Pros

      It did not take too long at all for me to have 30-40 sessions per week. The workspace is very nice as are my colleagues and office support here in Avon.

      Cons

      The medical insurance is incredibly expensive and close to unaffordable. The recent change was somewhat helpful -$1,200/month to $950/month. And, the co-pays remain. This compares to the $330/month I paid for the same coverage with my previous employer. Also, central intake seems to be inconsistent with client/patient communication/support. A number of patients were on hold for extended periods of time in an effort to simply change an appointment. I've reinforced my patients' ability to contact me directly with any needed adjustments.
