      •Interesting work for detailed oriented administrative professionals with a health care administrative background • Working from home • Supportive coworkers, good teamwork • No shortage of work as the company is growing rapidly

      Cons

      • Processes change often • Mid and upper dept managers change often so leadership seems to always be “new” • Urgent projects often arise with unattainable deadlines • Not enough coordinators to keep up with workload • Not enough training after initial training (processes change with very little training)
