Glad I came here

Pros

The schedule is flexible and I work the hours I want to work. Everyone I've come into contact with is so kind and helpful. As a counselor I feel a get the best part of starting a practice but don't have to deal with the stressors that come with it.

Cons

I wish clinicians had more PTO.

Pros

Great work life balance, leadership that cares if you have problems/issues. I have been doing this a long time, and it is amazing to finally work for a company that wants you to succeed, and doesn't just treat you like a number. I love working here and can't see myself leaving.

Cons

I don't really have any cons at this time, if I do come up with one, I will update my post but I am genuinely happy for the first time in my career.
