Quality, stable and competent place to work

Info structure is there , EHR is super easy , strong administrative support, client and therapist oriented and pays very well is fair. They also have a good process for screening clients before they get to the therapist so it’s appropriate level of care.

Cons

Health Benefit could be better and there is no type PTO.

Really enjoy the group of individuals that I work with as well as the organizations mission. Appreciate the hybrid and remote work options.

Cons

It is work after all so it's not perfect.

Great for hours and starting out

Pros

LifeStance is great to get the hours needed for licensing. The people are very friendly and supportive. Hours are flexible and allow me life balance.

Cons

Not really a con, but when stated flexible hours you may have to work evening hours to get the client case load needed. The reason is most of the clients are in school and work. Something to keep in mind when applying.
