      Pros

      LifeStance has made tremendous strides in being a better place to work by focusing less on rapid growth and more on building out company infrastructure. This is not the same company as a year ago and SO many issues have been resolved. Being in the mental health space, everyone is extremely supportive and a pleasure to work with. The future is bright!

      Cons

      The company is still relatively new and also a melting pot of recent acquisitions, so culture and identity are still in the growth and development phase.
