      Frustrating Experience

      Pros

      Candidate training and supervision was great. Build your own niche and specialty. they handle billing and scheduling new clients.

      Cons

      EHR System glitches, teletherapy platform had a lot of problems, clients were frustrated. Billing problems. No paid leave or PTO. Pressure to take more clients. Pay was low. Benefits not great. Non-Compete agreement.

      Terrible Employer--Stay Away!

      Great if you like disorganization, disregard for both patients and employees, and unethical practices

      Cons

      Senior manager diversity hires are faking it until they make it, which doesn't seem to be anytime soon. Constantly required to support shady business and billing practices. Clinicians treated unfairly and support staff might as well be potted plants that are rarely watered. There are so many places to work. Pass Lifestance by without a second look if you value teamwork, ethics, and good patient care.

      You’ll never run out of referrals

      Cons

      Expectations for caseload are insane. This company is not flexible and does not stop putting new people on my caseload. Stay away. I am at 35 clients, several of whom are extremely acute. I am given no choice.
