Pros

I don't think there are any in cash posting

Cons

Full of favoritism. Two managers in the West are best friends. They pick who they like and don't like. They treat people who have been with the company for two months better then people who have worked there for years. If they like you they will baby you and help you and even do your work for you and you will never get in trouble or held accountable but if they don't like you they will get on to everything you do. You can ask for help but if they don't like you they won't give it to you and tell you you should be able to get everything done. If they do like you they will pull help from everywhere or help you themselves. You will dread working at this place if they don't like you. Their managers just blindly trust them or don't care. Look somewhere else.

Pros

Really friendly Co workers Supportive supervisors

Cons

Supervisors have too much on their plate and can struggle to support their staff They say that they have a lot of clients but it takes time to get them on the caseload You can be paid $0 for a month (we're paid monthly) due to not meeting the full 30 hours a week due to client cancellations as it happened to me and I thought it was a mistake but what I earned for the month was eaten up by the benefits that I paid for which is how that happened

Pros

Coworkers are pretty cool Hours are not too bad

Cons

Terrible communication. Little to no training whatsoever. Higher ups tell you what they think you want to hear. But never actually follow through in any way to the point that they are full lying to you.
