      Pros

      I get to set my own hours, which is great. I have a great team supporting me working here and received ample training when coming on board. It has been a great experience overall.

      Cons

      I am not salary, so my pay check changes each week. For me it is better to be salary and have a set schedule especially since I am working full time, but I get it. I would have liked to increase my pay just a bit more since I do have a doctorate that is COAMFTE approved.

      Pros

      The culture lives and breathes making mental health a priority. From promoting a strong work-life balance to providing accessible and affordable mental health care, it's clear throughout. The leadership makes the goals known and themselves available while also being open to feedback. There's no one way to do things and all ideas are welcomed.

      Cons

      There's so many great faces to meet but not enough time or geography to cover to get to know everyone.
