The pay could be a bit better, but we are supposed to be getting increases in January. We also only get paid once a month vs. every other week. The benefits are expensive, but they are working on trying to lower these costs.

- Not stable - Pay is low - Favoritism -No growth opportunities -PTO accrual rate is very low - Company seems very unorganized - At at any moment with very short notice you may be transferred to work at another location (even if its far). So far I have worked at 3 different locations within 5 months
