Pros

I had my own private practice for 20 years before coming here, and I have absolutely no regrets about leaving my former practice. There are no more struggles with insurance companies, there are new clients whenever I need them, and there is supportive and compassionate support from upper management. It is great helping people achieve their personal goals and change their lives in a positive direction. Working at LIfeStance means that I get to do that, and the salary here is exceptional.

Pros

I am proud to work at a company that is taking on the challenge of increasing access to affordable, trusted, and personalized mental healthcare. My colleagues are truly purpose-driven, and the culture is very collegial and collaborative. The company is not very bureaucratic and management is extremely hands-on.

Cons

Not a con for me, because I like the energy, but this isn't a place for people to work if they just want to coast. We are building a company that is reimagining mental healthcare, and that takes a team that is passionate and motivated.
