      Great place to provide meaningful mental health services.

      Pros

      I have the flexibility to build my caseload to a comfortable number and schedule accordingly without feeling pressured. I work remotely however, I do feel the support of the team especially my supervisor. I have access to clinical supervision and free CEU trainings. The agency thrives to sustain a positive work culture both in-person and remotely.

      Cons

      The benefits however, they are working on it. Patient's attendance in sessions also affects the bottom-line.

      Pay could definitely be better Need better health benefits (they are supposed to be better for open enrollm. 2021) Company is expanding rapidly so there are growing pains Great Regional Managers
