I think we all know that no matter the job, it will be stressful. This job has its stress's, but from day 1 the leadership around me (Tammy Campbell and Larissa Brodigan) have made sure I felt a part of the team but also that I mattered. From answering my questions, to checking in on stressful time crouching projects, to making sure I snuggled my dog today cause its Monday and serotonin is important. These are the signs of a caring and loving relationship, and thats LifeStance Health. A company that knows work will forever be work, but your work place can be at home and feel like home.
