      Too large, client care suffers

      Pros

      Possibility to transfer to other parts of the US.

      Cons

      It's corporate. Maximize revenue even if client care suffers. For as large as they are and being a publicly traded company, insurance benefits should be better. I pay entirely too much for what I get.

      can work to make your own income, strong collaboration within colleagues in the office, being part of something developing - frustrations and all. National levels are being receptive to feedback and working to implement change on several levels.

      Cons

      still struggling with communication, quick feedback to questions/inquiries, still need for more equitable pay compensation commiserate with community pay.
