      Pros

      The work we do helps people with their mental health journey and that made me feel good.

      Cons

      While working at this place I was not happy and my mental health suffered from having un realistic deadlines and work load. Management was non existent. No competitive pay or care for their employees

      LifeStance is a newer organization providing Behavioral Health Services. I joined LifeStance in September 2020 and I love the work that I do. Everyone is so kind, nice, helpful and the dedication to our patients and the community we serve is excellent! I enjoy my colleagues and I look forward to coming to work every day. LifeStance truly stands behind its mission! Overall, LifeStance is a fantastic place to work and is leading the Behavioral Health Care industry!
