Pros

You are paid $15 a hour. You could work from home previously.

Cons

But when I was leaving and why I left is because they were making people come to the office. The doctors didn't have to though. So we were in the office for no reason, and it was a waste of gas and lunch money to be there with no patients or doctors. Another con was senior management would not listen to us and we were the day to day workers. They would make policies that would hinder us. Like that we had to collect a certain amount of money but we couldn't stop the patient from making appointments even if they wouldn't/couldn't pay. So how were you supposed to collect a certain amount if they are no consequences? It didn't make sense. Also no protection from patients. They were allowed to cuss, yell, and we couldn't even ban them from the practice. So they would harass us every appointment.

Pros

Pay isn’t too bad for what it is.

Cons

Most passive-aggressive management I have ever seen. They lie to people and the blame game is common. If you need anything from administration, too bad, You will be left holding the bag. Chaos is king and so is unethical and dishonest behavior. Incredibly horrible culture and do not treat people well at all.

Pros

Paid Holiday and remote job

Cons

Management does a very poor job in how they treat their employees with conflicting information and also by verbally saying that are supportive and will be there for their staff but not following through with what they say. I asked for a couple hours off which I had accrued and supervisor resisted giving a couple hours off. I felt like management likes to target certain people and make their life miserable. I was reprimanded for making mistakes on ADP and was threatened to get written for it. I am OUT of here!!!!!
