      Pros

      Set your own schedule. Get paid for no shows. Friendly co-workers. Seem to listen to thoughts and ideas. The PGM and PCs are helpful

      Cons

      Clinical supervision is a bit out of touch with reality. The EHR is clunky and unorganized

      After 42 years in practice both clinical and senior leadership I would not hesitate to recommend this agency

      Pros

      Clinical and administrative support- both locally and nationally is truly excellent and very accessible. Commitment and investment in professional development facilitation. Flexible to practitioner schedule- this position is an element of my retirement plan and it's definitely a good fit in this regard. At all levels of the organization there is a notable encouragement of feedback and a commitment to respond and, as appropriate, integrate ideas and suggestions. The culture is open, respectful and reflects clinical professional ethics and values-its a culturally safe place to practice.

      Cons

      Technology- however Im 63 years old and have had to radically accept its use and, with pretty much above and beyond direct support from clinical and administrative leadership and a very responsive IT support team I'm still here after a year..and keeping on learning from patient people is good for me!
