Meh - It is ok if you know what you are getting into

schedule flexibility. Hybrid work model.

Cons

Not paid for care coordination like updating/collaborating with other providers both internally and externally or writing letters of support or writing notes/required EMR documentation. I found for every 1 hour I spent with clients, I had on average 20-30 mins of documentation/collaboration that was needed to provide good care to my clients.

The patients are wonderful. And truly in need.

Cons

LifeStance is grossly dishonest. Actually lies to therapists, NP's and MD's. Tries to force clinicians to practice outside of or below the standard of practice to increase revenue for the company. This is totally unethical.
