Take care of your taxes, get your own office and assistant.

Cons

Non-competitive pay, Call center is not helpful and constantly backed up. Billing center is a mess. Don’t return client’s calls. Don’t fill up your schedule but continue to hire new people.

Poor leadership, publicly traded company headed by management with no clinical training or knowledge. Very poor compensation rates.

Another Company Who Feigns Caring About Mental health

The pay is ok. Insurance is alright.

Cons

Despite being a company based around helping people with mental health, the company seems to adopt this ableist attitude towards its employees, and even the patients some times. This company demonstrates a complete lack of caring for their employees, with horrible time off policies, unresponsive management and HR, constantly. Overall this company does not care about you the employee, or you the patient. Awful.
