Flexible Schedule, No micro managing

Cons

I learned in my first few weeks of working that multiple staff left. I wondered why. Low pay, pay once per month, not enough clients to make a living. I cleared 1600$ My first month barely enough to pay my mortgage. I will be leaving on the first train smoking. Will not look back.
