Pros

Create your own scheduled- Based off the availability of your clients

Cons

No PTO. Minimal to no supervisor interactions. Overworked/underpaid, Company has changed their policy on basic new hire info multiple times since I was hired. Being hire by this company was the worst decision I made in my life. There has not been any care or consideration for me as a person or the difficult work we do in the 1 year that I have been with the company. Upper management is in place to make sure clinicians are hitting their weekly numbers

Pros

Can work from home & get an hour lunch break. Managers, Supervisors, teammates, and HR is full of very kind, hard-working, caring, and passionate people who want to help others.

Cons

Have to follow a script/call center. Part time work not allowed. Can be mentally taxing. Not enough attention to employees' mental health or any team building activities. Too much focus on the quantity of calls taken and appointments scheduled at the cost of the quality of care to people calling to get mental health assistance/time calls. Competitive environment/praise given for following rules over cooperation and problem solving. No mindful check-ins in a field that thrives on mindful check-ins. Too corporate an environment for mental health/felt cold & no room for flexibility or creative agency or any feedback from the ones that actually take the calls for any change or suggestions with how we do our jobs within the company. All the rules are made at the top and passed down. Too much pressure and things to do on the plate of the manager/leadership structure was extremely hierarchical. Meetings only happened when something was wrong &/or during a holiday.
