Toxic culture. Unethical business practices. Do not value quality nor employees. Do your own research before you consider working here and you'll find the many lawsuits against them.

They give you a really nice office and match your 401 after 2 years Kind colleagues

Cons

low pay, headway will pay you twice as much per session. no pay for no shows. non-compete clause makes you not able to have private practice. can barely meet ends meet. no room for career growth, bonuses or raises
