      Definitely Mixed Feelings

      Pros

      The culture is genuinely caring and cooperative, and I had amazing colleagues and incredible supervisors.

      Cons

      The "corporateness" was getting to be a bit much, and policy and procedure was sometimes inconsistent.

      Caddy and Poorly Run

      Some Flexibility, and regular holidays

      Cons

      Caddy atmosphere, PC’s over worked for the pay, poor policies and operating procedures. Slow accumulation of PTO, poor team dynamics and too many meetings! Providers have no respect for front office staff or PGMs, and more!
