      You'll work very hard for the pay they advertise

      Pros

      The population is diverse in terms of clinical presentations, ethnicities/race, and SES. You are free to schedule your day as you would like and can operate as independently as you would like

      Cons

      In order to make the pay advertised, you need to schedule 40+ clients a week - far above what APA says is recommended to prevent burnout. There are no paid sick day, vacation days, or holidays, and management tells you to budget for that. Also, the reimbursement rate is far below the average and there is little room for professional growth.
